Job Details

  • Develops business cases for projects with a projected return on investment or cost savings. Demonstrates deep functional knowledge of an assigned business unit/organization.
  • Translates business requirements into projects, activities, and tasks in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Serves as an interpreter and conduit to connect business needs with tangible solutions and results. Identifies and defines the operational metrics impact outcomes by understanding cross-functional team workstreams and multi-disciplinary perspectives.
  • Performs basic analyses based on directions provided by others to draw appropriate conclusions.
  • Creates inclusive projects by understanding the factors and trends related to organizational performance and the collaboration needed for support and success.
  • Effectively communicates analyses and results, including multi-disciplinary perspectives. Gathers and interprets data, information, and content in a digital environment.
  • Reviews data across systems to ensure the completeness of data and applies data quality checks. Contributes to the data collection process by following the practices outlined for data quality.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You are currently on a career break of more than 1 Year and wish to get back to an exciting and rewarding software development role.
  • You come with a Bachelor’s / Master’s / Ph.D. Degree with 2+ years of experience in Software Development.
  • You possess strong computer science fundamentals in writing algorithms, data structures & software development lifecycle.
  • You are proficient in JAVA and other related technologies to design and develop robust high-performance and scalable applications for use within the Walmart product ecosystem.
