JOB POST: Visiting Faculty at IIIT Vadodara [Gandhinagar & Diu]: Apply by July 7

Applications are invited for Visiting Faculty at IIIT Vadodara for the year 2023. The last date for application is 7 July.

The Institute invites applications for “Visiting Faculty” positions from motivated candidates with teaching expertise and research experience in all areas of Computer Science, Information Technology, Humanities and Social Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, and Management Studies. Visiting faculty positions are available for short and/or long-term visits.

The visiting faculty positions are also available for faculty members/industry experts/researchers for online teaching. Institute has a course (credit) based remuneration policy for visiting faculty at various levels considering the experience and qualification of the candidates.

About IIIT Vadodara

Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara (IIIT-V) is established by the Ministry of Education (MoE) , Government Of India under Public Private Partnership (PPP) as an Institute of National Importance with a view to develop new knowledge in information technology and provide manpower of global standards for the information technology industry and to provide for certain other matters connected with such institutions or incidental thereto.

The partners in this project are the Government Of India, the Government of Gujarat, the Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute, the Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals, and Tata Consultancy Services. 

Eligibility

Candidates should possess a doctorate in a relevant discipline from an Institute of National Importance and/or University or should have a master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant industry/research organization.
