Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (General Streams/Non-Engineering/Engineering) Apprentices

• A graduate degree in any branch (Full time) granted by a statutory university in a relevant discipline.
• A graduate degree in any branch (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in a relevant discipline.
• Graduate examination of Professional bodies (Full time) recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

Technician (Diploma Holders) Apprentices

• A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education Established by a State Government in a relevant discipline.
• A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a university in a relevant discipline.
• A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.

Other Requirements

1. Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in 2019/2020/2021/2022/2023.
2. Candidate should not have undergone or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in “SK Finance Limited” or any other company.
3. Should not have any pending academic backlogs.

Number of Slots

• 650 for Graduates in any discipline (Both Engineering & General Graduates include B. Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, B.A, etc)
• 100 for a Diploma of Engineering in any discipline

• Anywhere in India where SK Finance has a presence. [Preferences will be given to post the candidate(s) based on their native district/state if a branch of SKF is present as well as available vacancy]
• SK Finance Limited’s presence in the state of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Chandigarh, Karnataka.

Stipend

Technician (Diploma Holders) Apprentices: INR 8K to 10K
